Red Rock Engagement | Huckaby Trailhead, Sedona by Love My Life Photography

Red Rock Engagement | Huckaby Trailhead, Sedona by Love My Life Photography

Sedona, Arizona is one of the most beautiful places in the world. With it’s gorgeous red rock mountains and relaxing atmosphere. However, Katie and Ryan seemed to outshine the beautiful place. Their smiles full of love and admiration for each other. Currently they’re living in Minnesota near family, but took time out of their busy Spring Break to have their engagement photos taken here.
We absolutely loved this couple! Always laughing and not even the slightest bit afraid to have red dirt get on their clothes, lying amidst the purple wild flowers. One would not be surprised that this couple had known each other for nearly eight years.

The dog tags are Katie’s brothers’. Unfortunately he passed away recently and they wished to have a picture to display at their wedding so he could be present. This had brought an arrow right to into our hearts and we were more than happy to oblige.

Matthew and Cristina's Arizona Engagement | Scottsdale Civic Center

Matthew and Cristina are a wonderful couple. Living and working in Scottsdale the Scottsdale Civic Center was a natural choice for the couple. Since their wedding is in New York they thought it would be nice to show their family a little of what Arizona looks like. Wishing you all the best Matthew and Cristina!!

Cindy and Edwin decided to get married after 20 years together. Edwin proposed to Cindy while out riding on their dirt bikes in the desert of Arizona. They chose to have a backyard wedding followed by a reception a couple days later that included dirt bikes, miles of trails and food!

Emily and Braden's Desert Engagement | The Sanctuary by Love My Life Photography

Emily and Braden's Desert Engagement | The Sanctuary by Love My Life Photography

This adventurous couple is amazing. Since Braden "popped" the question on Camelback mountain while rock climbing of all things they decided that Engagement photos at The Sanctuary would be perfect! (Especially since their photographer didn't know how to rock climb, though not opposed to learning.) I absolutely love the connection that they had, they laughed, smiled, and had fun which is exactly what you want to do. I can not wait for their wedding in the White Mountains later this year!

April and Brock are such a cute couple. They are football fans all the way (even though they like different teams). They incorporated this into their engagement session with custom jerseys. We can't wait for their wedding later this year!!!

Rebecca and Todd Adams Wedding | Villa Siena by Love My Life Photography

Rebecca and Todd Adams Wedding | Villa Siena by Love My Life Photography

Todd married Rebecca in full military uniform August 16, 2014 at Villa Siena. The bride was a beautiful compliment to her groom in a gown with sweetheart neckline, which was fitted to below the hips with a flair at the bottom that swept out into a train. The back of the dress laced up. Orange, open-toed heels added color to the look, which matched the orange roses and calla lilies in Rebecca’s bouquet. A chunky diamond necklace and diamond drop earrings twinkled amidst the ensemble. Her bridesmaids wore different styles of dresses in taupe. Most of Todd’s groomsmen were also in their Air Force uniforms.

Inside rose petals lined the aisle for the wedding ceremony. The officiant was a family friend who talked about the four stages of marriage. The couple remembered family with framed photographs and a sign reading We know you would be here today, if heaven wasn’t so far away.

After the ceremony, a photo booth was set up for guests to enjoy. As part of the festivities a mariachi band played and the godfather of the bride sang a song. Guests were encouraged to drop advice for the couple in a box.

The first dance was a mix of songs. Afterwards a video slideshow played during the father and daughter dance to De Nina A Mujer by Julio Iglesias. Josh Groban’s You Raise Me Up was chose for the mother and son dance.

A four-tiered wedding cake sparkled with the letter ‘A’ on top in silver and rhinestones. A special fighter jet groom’s cake was presented to Todd. The sweetness of the night continued with a candy table offering a plethora of coral and white candies.

The couple was sent off with a signature Villa Siena sparkler farewell.

Congratulations Rebecca and Todd. May the sparks of love that flew between the two of you on your wedding day only get brighter. We wish you the best.
